How this site works

You are evaluating an engineer while using a system he built. This page is that system, explained — the same way your project would be.

Decisions

Choices that cost something

Server-side rendering, for real

Every page is rendered by a Node process before the browser executes a line of JavaScript, so search engines index full HTML — titles, descriptions, structured data — not an empty shell. The status page checks that process is alive right now.

A Content-Security-Policy without unsafe-inline

Every inline script carries a per-request nonce. If markup is ever injected, the browser refuses to run it — the whole class of attack is blocked by policy, not patched case by case.

One palette, swapped by variables

Every colour on this site is a CSS custom property. Light and dark are the same components under different tokens, so a redesign is a variable file — and contrast is verified per theme, not hoped for.

Bilingual without forking content

The interface speaks English and Hindi from one codebase. A missing translation falls back to English instead of rendering a blank — a partial translation degrades, it never breaks.

A chat assistant that cannot lie

The assistant is a rule-based classifier over this site's own database — not a language model. When the data cannot back an answer, it says so. It will never invent a technology, a price, or an availability.

Spam control without a CAPTCHA

The contact form relies on a honeypot, timing analysis and layered rate limits instead of making humans prove they are human. Bots fail silently; people never see a puzzle.

A test suite that counts itself

The suite pins behaviour most sites only claim — including what the assistant must refuse to say. The test figure on this page is counted from the deployed code when you load it, because a hard-coded brag eventually becomes a lie.

Your system, built with the same care

None of this is the premium tier. It is the default level of engineering.
